A force-Diagnostic Reading of Organisational Failure under Pressure

Behavioural interventions in organisations consistently fail to produce durable change under sustained pressure. The paper argues the cause is structural, not motivational: under load, organisations follow four force laws that shape behaviour independently of intention, communication, or leadership style.
