Anne Kampf

Under pressure,
people do not lose competence.
They lose choice.

Structure determines which choices remain available.

Anne Kampf is the author of Kampf Alignment Physics®: The Physics of People — a structural framework for reading how organizations actually behave under load.

Anne Kampf is a physicist and systems thinker working at the intersection of human behavior, leadership, and complexity.

She is the creator of KAMPF ALIGNMENT PHYSICS® — a framework that applies principles of alignment, energy, and coherence from physics to human and organisational systems.

A Viennese woman with Romanian roots, Anne moves with ease across cultures, disciplines, and ways of thinking. Fluent in six languages, she brings exceptional cognitive flexibility to her work, allowing her to integrate diverse perspectives while maintaining structural clarity. Trained in physics, she approaches leadership and performance not as matters of control, but of alignment — understanding how stress, trust, cognition, and culture shape how energy moves through people and systems.

Anne holds a degree in physics from the University of Bucharest and works as an Advisor Business Development & Inorganic Projects in the energy sector. She has extensive experience as a people manager and mentor, supporting leaders, teams, and organisations through periods of complexity, transformation, and high-stakes decision-making. She is an NLP Business Practitioner, trained in conflict mediation, and a Certified Post-Merger Integration Expert (IMAA).

Anne is also the author of Red Thread: Occult to Science and Beyond, which explores the continuities between ancient ways of knowing and modern scientific thought, and how these continuities continue to shape leadership, institutions, and collective behavior today.

She lives in Vienna with her family and their two cats.
