Anne Kampf works in the energy sector, where she advises on inorganic projects — mergers, acquisitions, integrations. She lives in Vienna.

She studied physics at the University of Bucharest and has spent her career running complex programs under real pressure: plans were clear, people were capable, and results still drifted. Kampf Alignment Physics® grew out of that experience and one practical question — why do capable organizations repeat the same failures, and where does one precise change actually break the pattern?

The framework describes the structural conditions that shape behavior under pressure. It doesn’t replace psychology or organizational behavior; it adds the structural layer they usually leave implicit. The ideas are written down in a book and a working paper on SSRN — openly, including what would prove them wrong.

She is a Certified Post-Merger Integration Expert (IMAA), a people manager and mentor, and speaks several languages.
